My approach

I consider clients as whole, powerful and the lead in sessions. My focus is to provide them with an asylum as they unpack burdens they no longer need to carry.

my services

I offer trauma & resiliency-informed virtual sessions and system navigation support. I also offer a free 15 minute consultation for new clients.

my experience

I completed my social work degree and am registered in British Columbia. My areas of focused experience are in sexual assault, child/hood abuse, intimate partner violence and bereavement.

Who I am to you?

I am a registered social worker with a strong trauma and resiliency approach who is dedicated to facilitating people in having a closer relationship with themself.

I am trained in Feminist-based Counseling, Response-Based Practice, Narrative Therapy, Contemplative Dialogue, Suicide Intervention, Bereavement, Akhanda Yoga, Mindfulness and I utilize Internal Family Systems techniques.

My skills and experience come from several years of working in various capacities – including social services, counselor and yoga teacher – with individuals and families who have been or are affected by violence.

Free consultations are available on Tuesdays between 7pm & 8:30pm.
